Just a quick note that the ring just arrived, and I'm astounded to say the least.  It's my first large carat Alexandrite (15x10mm pear shape lab alexandrite
set in 14kt yellow gold) and it turned out better than I ever could have imagined.  The ring in this setting is absolutely stunning.  I can't thank Deborah enough

Just to confirm that the package you shipped to me on 22nd was delivered to me in France today, 29th. The stone - an oval lab-grown ruby - is absolutely
beautiful and looks gorgeous in its silver pendant setting. It is a present from me to myself ;-) for our recent 40th wedding anniversary. I would certainly not
have been able to afford a natural ruby of that size and beauty and, for me, a stone which is not mined is a more ethical choice. Thank you for a courteous and

I received the Alexandrite stone yesterday and it is gorgeous! The cut, color change and clarity appear to be superb, and it behaves the way an ideal
natural Alexandrite should, based on my limited knowledge.  As a point of possible interest: I ordered a Chatham Alexandrite a month ago and promptly
returned it. I was able to have a gemologist here in town take a quick look at it. He said it appeared to be flux grown but either from an inferior batch,
or Chatham has let their process slip in recent years.  We will be back in touch for an Emerald when our younger daughter graduates college in the
spring of 2017! Lori

It (blue CZ trillion) arrived in the Saturday mail and consistent with your usual quality, I was delighted.  I have never seen an actual trillion (aka trilliant) gem in person before.  I need to
adjust to the unique way that it plays with the light; but it is certainly a gorgeous gem.  The color is what I would interpret as a perfect lighter shade of cornflower sapphire blue. 
This is only a guess on my part, but I imagine that blue gems are one of the most popular colored gems, from pale aquamarine, through the different shades of topaz, to dark
sapphire.  However, one does not often see blue CZ in this excellent shade of blue.  Thanks again for everything! Steve

The gems (two CZs) are gorgeous!  The fact that they have an exotic look to them gives the appearance of fancy-color diamonds.  The only thing that is "un-diamond"
about them is their size.  If a very wealthy woman wore one of these to a charity fund-raising ball, it would be taken for a large colored diamond.

Wanted to let you know I got the stone on Saturday and had it set yesterday. I lucked into a local jeweler that liked my ring and its story (I guess) as
he did the work for free (highly unusual anywhere but especially here). He was initially unexcited with the gem when he had it under his work light,
but once it was in the ring and he saw it under more normal conditions, he was fairly impressed. I am, too! I rarely write fan mail, but it looks amazingly
great and makes me happy just having it on, so I figured I better send an appreciation note. Here are a couple of photos I took of the ring; the first in

I received the alexandrite gemstone yesterday. I am glad that I went with the larger stone. It is beautiful and has great color change.
I see teal amethyst-like purple, with hints of emerald when I shine a white led flashlight on it. And it looks very clean, although I have not

After reading and reading I feel comfortable with buying from you, even though I am not able to buy right now. I found other sites for cheaper

it set into a setting I already own and he did not think it could be a lab created corundum for only $47. He thought it is a cubic zirconia

I am very pleased with the 5 mm round Alexandrite earrings.  My wife and I have shopped for jewelry in Curacao, Aruba, and Barbados.  We have NEVER seen a set of earrings as excellent as the ones you sent to me.  The cut, color and clarity are outstanding.  I examined them under our stereo lab microscope. I only found some small bubbles. Your work is indeed impressive. We just returned from our second trip to Aruba, and viewed a set of Alexandrite earrings of 0.3 ct each.  They were priced at $1100 US, and were nowhere near as good as the ones you sent to me.  And we know, at only $1100, they were not Soviet, maybe not even natural.
